What happens after cancellation
KitchenInvy keeps canceled workspace data for a recovery window so restaurant owners can reactivate without rebuilding their setup immediately.
Retention window
After cancellation, workspace data is scheduled for deletion after 180 days. A warning email is sent before deletion when a verified sending configuration is available.
What may be retained
Inventory items, reports, audit records, recipes, user memberships, subscription references, and setup history may remain during the recovery window. Sensitive integration credentials may be removed or disabled earlier when required for security or account cleanup.
Export before deletion
Admins can export core workspace data from Settings before cancellation or deletion. Sensitive POS credentials are not included in exports.
Earlier deletion requests
A workspace owner may request earlier deletion by contacting support from an admin email associated with the workspace. Some limited records may be retained when needed for billing, abuse prevention, security, or legal obligations.
