Use the same email account that was invited to your KitchenInvy workspace. If the provider says your password is wrong, reset it through that provider.
Login help, sales, and support
Need login help?
Start here if you forgot how to sign in, need help identifying your workspace, want to contact sales, or need to reach KitchenInvy support from outside the app.
Common sign-in situations
Most login issues depend on the kind of account you have.
Contact your manager or company admin. Tenant admins can reset passwords for custom staff accounts inside Settings.
Ask an admin to confirm which email or username was invited. Support can help identify the workspace if you include your restaurant name.
Quick answers
Useful guidance before you send a request.
Can KitchenInvy reset my tenant-provided password?
Your company admin or manager should reset tenant-created usernames and passwords first. KitchenInvy support can help identify the workspace, but we do not bypass your restaurant's admin controls.
What if my username is not an email address?
Some tenant-created staff accounts may use a custom username. Your manager or admin should keep a confirmed recovery email tied to that user record so the account can be identified safely.
What if I use Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Yahoo sign-in?
KitchenInvy does not manage your email provider password. Use that provider's account recovery, then return to KitchenInvy and continue with the matching sign-in option.
Can I contact sales from here?
Yes. Choose Sales question in the form and include your business name, location count, and what you want help evaluating.
Contact KitchenInvy
Send a login, sales, or support request.
This form creates a message in the KitchenInvy console support queue. If you can sign in, the in-app support button is still best because it includes your workspace context automatically.
Can you still sign in?
Use the in-app support button for the fastest help because it includes your workspace and page context.
